By Installing, by completing the registration or using the MEDI-GURU App, it is deemed that you agree to the Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions as expressed here.

The Management of MEDI-GURU app, MEDIFUTURA Pvt. Ltd., is mentioned as 'MEDIFUTURA' and anyone who either installs, registers via the app or uses the app or our resources in any form is mentioned as a 'user'.

If you create an account on the MEDI-GURU app or communicate with MEDI-GURU, what is generally called “Personal Information” or “Personal Data,” such as your full name, birthdate, email address or other information that can be used to identify you. Information which cannot be used to identify you as an individual is “de-identified” or non-personal information.

MEDIFUTURA has all the rights to use any personal information provided by the user for purpose of advertisement of our services or any bonafide purposes, not expressly prohibited by any laws in India. At the same time, MEDIFUTURA will not use any of the personal data in any manner detrimental to the user or share it with any of the third parties, unless there is a demand from the law enforcing agencies according to the procedure established by law.

However, in spite of reasonable care as per industrial standards and commercially acceptable means, if there is a breach in the privacy of the data, the user is deemed to know that there is no complete security to data transmitted online and absolute protection to data is next to impossible.

Non Personal data collected including the log data from the mobile phones, Cookies etc can be shared with third party service providers for ensuring seamless provision of services and improving the quality of our services.

If there is a third party link from the app or our website including the advertisements posted on our websites, and the user clicks and follows such a link knowingly or unknowingly, MEDIFUTURA doesn't accept any responsibility for the content, privacy policy or practices for any third party website, and doesn't take any responsibility for information submitted to such a third party.

MEDI-GURU is not aimed at serving anyone under 16 years of age any data submitted by anyone below 14 years of age, is liable to be deleted from our records, whenever noticed by us. If any parent or guardian, knowingly permits his child or ward below 16 years of age to provide personal information and use our services the responsibility for any legal implications arising from such use is with the parent or guardian.

Any technical issue preventing us from providing the services to a particular user who has paid for any of the services if communicated within the reasonable time period to MEDI-GURU will be liable to obtain a refund of the net paid amount excluding any transaction charges or statutory levies that may apply  to such a transaction. The user cannot claim any other liquidated or non-liquidated damages under any law above and over the refund as per described above including tortuous liability.

All content provided through the platform, including the Videos, Audios, designs, questions, study materials etc are copyrighted content of MEDIFUTURA and provided for the sole use of the registered user. User shall not copy, reproduce in any form or redistribute or allow anyone else to use the services provided through this platform knowingly or unknowingly, and on violation of this, the user account can be suspended or the user may be deregistered or banned from use of our services without refund of any fees already paid, subject to the decision of MEDIFUTURA and the user will be liable to civil and criminal actions by MEDIFUTURA including the costs and consequences. 

We may update this privacy policy from time to time according to the laws, international norms and changing policies of MEDIFUTURA, in which case, it is the responsibility of the user to be familiar with the changes and decide accordingly to continue using the services or not. Any such change made to this policy will be retrospectively effective to all users unless there is a pending arbitration or judicial pronouncement related to that particular issue addressed by the change,  in which the user who raised the issue will be exempted from the retrospective application unless he continues to use the services.
