By Installing, by completing the registration or using the MEDI-GURU App, it is deemed that you agree to the Refund Policy as expressed here.

The app is enabled with preview Videos and free tests and materials, which you can access after installation, even without any subscription. This is provided with the intention to give the students a taste of what is available, so that they can try, like it and buy.

However, If any subscriber is dissatisfied after the subscription, they can contact the customer service by email, providing their registered email id, Mobile Number, Valid Contact Number, Bank Account Number and IFSC Code to get a full refund of the amount paid, within 3 days of subscription.
